Sharon supports companies as an Independent Non-Executive Director, and has served on the Board of Directors of international quoted and unquoted companies in Europe.

She is an experienced Director with >25 years of executive leadership and board advisory experience. Her formative career was spent as a corporate and investment banker and senior trader for major financial institutions, running large corporate transactions. She has held senior financial roles for global multinationals such as Reckitt Benckiser Group & Holdings, responsible for €15+ Billion. She was a long-term member of the Luxembourg Association of Corporate Treasurers.

She has international experience having studied in the USA and worked in international environments. She has worked for Japanese, German, Scandinavian, and British financial services, in institutional and wealth. Managing complex syndicated loans and multinational’s financial requirements. Her banking clients have been wealthy individuals and families. Her first employment, immediately gave Sharon the assistant director position within the trading room of a market-maker bank; giving her the opportunity to grow margins with new ways of looking at markets, demonstrating her ability to land on her feet.
She laid the groundwork, and lobbied the US government, for creating the Luxembourg chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce, now known as the American Chamber of Commerce Luxembourg. She helped co-found a professional women’s networking and training group, The Network. Served on the executive board of The Female CEO Entrepreneurs Association.

Sharon is a member in good standing with The Luxembourg Institute of Governance, and a member of The Corporate Governance Institute. Speaking fluently English, German, Luxembourgish, and French, and is a long-term resident of Luxembourg.
